A registered agent, who shall be: (A) An individual who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office

A registered agent is the person or company the state and the courts send legal papers to. The agent must have a street address in Wyoming, not a PO box, and be available during business hours.
