What the statute says
Every domestic corporation shall have and maintain in this state a registered agent, which agent may be any of the following:

A registered agent is the person or company the state and the courts send legal papers to. The agent must have a street address in Oklahoma, not a PO box, and be available during business hours.
Annual report and what happens without an agent
The Annual Certificate is due the anniversary date of the entity's registration with the Secretary of State. Fee: $25 for an LLC, $10 for a corporation. Late fee: None (none; an LLC that has not filed within 60 days after the due date ceases to be in good standing).
