About this site

Registered Agent by State is published by LL Service. It exists to answer one question per state: what does the state require of a registered agent, what does it charge, and what do the main providers charge.

How we work: every state fact is read from the state's filing office or statute and stored with the source URL and the date. We re-read the sources on a schedule and show the date on every row. If a fee or form has changed, tell us and we will fix it.

Contact and corrections: use the contact address on our publisher page, or open the dataset and send the row that is wrong.

Illustrations on this site are generated for Registered Agent by State and carry our name in their file data. They are decorative; no picture is a photograph of a real office or person.
