A corporation shall continuously maintain in this state a registered agent and registered office that may be, but need not be, the same as any of the corporation’s places of business.

A limited liability company shall continuously maintain in this state a registered agent and registered office that may be, but need not be, the same as any of the limited liability company's places of business.

A registered agent is the person or company the state and the courts send legal papers to. The agent must have a street address in Oregon, not a PO box, and be available during business hours.
Annual report and what happens without an agent
The Renewal (Annual Report) is due the anniversary date of the entity's original filing. Fee: $100 for an LLC, $100 for a corporation. Late fee: not confirmed.
