Information only. Registered Agent by State publishes general information about registered agent requirements, fees, forms and deadlines, quoted from state filing offices and statutes. It is not legal or tax advice, and reading it does not create any professional relationship. For advice on your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

Accuracy. Every fact shows its source and the date we read it. States change fees, forms and deadlines without notice. We do not guarantee that any fact is current or complete. Confirm on the official state page before you file or pay anything.

Forms and filings. We link to forms and portals published by state governments. We do not host, prepare, review or file any form. Filing is between you and the state.

Providers and affiliate links. Provider prices are taken from the providers' own sites on the date shown. Some provider names are affiliate links, marked on the page. Any purchase is a contract between you and the provider; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for the provider's service.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LL Service and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including missed deadlines, fees, penalties, dissolution or lost business. Your only remedy is to stop using the site.

No personal data. The site has no accounts, forms or cookies of its own and collects no personal data. See Privacy.

Corrections. If a fact is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it and log the change.

Governing law. The site is published by LL Service, a company registered in Norway. Norwegian law governs these terms. Consumer protection rules of your own country still apply where mandatory.
